Belknap EDC Announces Selection of Architectural and Construction Management Firms for its Colonial Theatre Block Redevelopment Project

Belknap EDC is pleased to announce that it has selected two local firms to provide construction management and architectural services for its Colonial Theatre Block Redevelopment Project.  After a comprehensive selection process that included more than 20 firm submittals from throughout the Northeast, the organization interviewed several well-qualified and respected firms.

Belknap EDC has selected and contracted with:

  • Misiaszek & Turpin, pllc (Laconia) to provide Architectural Services.
  • Bonnette, Page & Stone Corporation (Laconia) to serve as Construction Manager.

“Belknap EDC was impressed by the project experience and vast knowledge of each firm which made for a difficult decision.  We are pleased to welcome both local firms to our project team and look forward to a productive relationship,” stated Justin Slattery, Executive Director.  Slattery noted that engineering services for the project will be performed by Rist-Frost-Shumway Engineering, P.C. (RFS) (Laconia).  “Belknap EDC will continue to keep the community updated on our progress as we move forward on this exciting economic development project,” added Slattery.
